Confident Beginnings: Newborn Care, Comfort & Feeding

Confident Beginnings is a fun, practical and hands-on class devoted entirely to understanding and caring for your newborn. Learn what to expect during the early weeks, how babies communicate, ways to comfort and soothe them, and how to approach feeding with greater knowledge and confidence.
Confident Feeding: Private Lactation Preparation

Prepare for feeding with practical knowledge and hands-on guidance. We’ll explore lactation physiology, comfortable positioning and latch, hand expression, pumping, milk collection and safe storage, giving you and your support person the confidence to navigate the early days.

Placenta Tincture

A Placenta Tincture is a long-lasting preparation made by infusing a small piece of your placenta in high-proof alcohol over an extended period of time. Unlike capsules, a tincture does not expire when stored properly and can be kept for many years.
Many families choose to create a tincture alongside their encapsulation as a way to preserve a small portion of their placenta for future use. It is often considered during times of significant hormonal transitions.
Traditional Placenta Capsules
$395+HST
Our Traditional Placenta Encapsulation service follows the time-honoured method of gently steaming, dehydrating, and encapsulating your placenta in a safe, sanitary environment. This preparation method is the most commonly requested option and is designed to preserve the placenta while creating convenient, easy-to-take capsules for your postpartum recovery.
Raw Placenta Capsules
$475+HST
Raw Placenta Encapsulation is a preparation method in which the placenta is not steamed prior to dehydration. Instead, the placenta is carefully cleaned, sliced while raw, dehydrated at a low temperature, ground into a fine powder, and placed into easy-to-take capsules.
Many families choose the raw method because they prefer a minimally processed preparation. This option preserves the placenta in its raw state before dehydration and encapsulation.
Pricing reflects the level of personalized care provided. Packages can be customized to meet individual needs.
